Kerr Contractors supported the construction of a thermal driveway in Yamhill County, Oregon. Kerr Contractors performed specialty asphalt for Pihl Excavation and worked with Signature Paving to construct a thermal driveway that offers year-round access. This type of driveway requires that slots are milled in the paving to create room for installing the heating coils. Once the heating coils are installed the slots are paved back. This is an innovative application for an asphalt driveway.

Reed’s Crossing is nominated as a Top Project in 2018 by the DJC. This master planned community is under full construction with many of the amenities complete. Check out the latest video capturing the progress of construction.

Northwest Utility Contractor Association (NWUCA) sponsored the dedication of the “one-of-a-kind” pipe trainer facility at the Northwest College of Construction (NWCC) on May 2, 2018. Kerr Contractors proudly donated labor and equipment to construct this “one-of-a-kind” pipe trainer facility. This represents a significant investment towards workforce development for the construction industry.
