Kerr Contractors was selected by the Asphalt Pavement Alliance for their Perpetual Pavement Award: By Conversion which requires that the pavement to be a new asphalt road constructed over and existing road. The project was for the Washington Department of Transportation on 4.41 miles of portland cement concrete pavement on southbound Interstate 5 in Cowlitz County.
