Kerr Contractors supported the construction of a thermal driveway in Yamhill County, Oregon. Kerr Contractors performed specialty asphalt for Pihl Excavation and worked with Signature Paving to construct a thermal driveway that offers year-round access. This type of driveway requires that slots are milled in the paving to create room for the installation of the heating coils. Once the heating coils are installed the slots are paved back. This is an innovative application for an asphalt driveway.
