Cornelius Pass – TV Highway Intersection Project in Washington County received a 2019 honor award by the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) for Engineering Excellence. This project includes the at-grade railroad crossing at the intersection of Cornelius Pass and TV Highway into the South Hillsboro Development currently being developed by Newland Communities.
