Kerr Contractors was selected to perform the site work and utilities with Perlo Construction for a new 412,000 square foot distribution and manufacturing facility at the Mill Creek Corporate Center in Salem, Oregon. The project featured earthmoving for over 250,000 cubic yards of material in the challenging wet weather season to keep the 27.8 acre project on schedule. The project included over 4 miles of utility work for storm, sewer, and waterline.
Kerr also performed 3000 lineal feet of public roadway improvements surrounding the development for the City of Salem while maintaining access for Corban College.
