Dawson Creek Pump Station
CleanWater Services, the largest Sewerage Agency in the Portland Metropolitan area, constructed a new pump station and twin force main. This was a best-value project. CleanWwater Services selected a contractor based upon their experience in pipeline and pump station construction. Other requirements of the project included the installation of a secant pile wall to shore the pump station during excavation and construction, as well as act as a launch pit for a 42″ micro tunnel below Brookwood Parkway. Another significant project requirement was the construction of a pipe bridge over the active Tri-Met light rail tracks. Kerr Contractors was the selected contractor for this work.

- 150 ft of 42” micro tunnel
- 30 ft deep, 40 ft diameter secant pile bore pit
- 180 gy pipe bridge across Tri Met Max tracks
- 6,200 ft of dual 32” pvc force main
